Home support FAQ
Do I need to bring my computer somewhere?
No. Most issues can be fixed remotely while you watch, and for everything else we come to you — onsite service covers New Port Richey, Trinity, and the greater Tampa Bay area.
How much does home tech support cost?
Our rates are published: $125/hour remote, $150/hour onsite, with a 1-hour minimum. The $25/month Home Support Plan adds priority scheduling, a 10% discount on all hourly work, an annual tune-up, and a basic security check.
Can you help a family member who isn't comfortable with technology?
That's exactly who we built this service for. We explain everything in plain English, never talk down to anyone, and never upsell. The Home Support Plan is a great fit to set up for a parent or relative's household so they always have a trusted person to call.
Is remote support safe?
Yes. We only connect with your permission for each session, you can watch everything we do on your screen, and the connection ends when the session does. We'll never ask for your passwords over email.
